Amy Gibson (MDietSc, BENS) is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and nutritionist registered with the Dietitian’ Association Australia. Amy is an IBS Specialist Dietitian and director of Nurturing Nutrition and Dietetics. She has completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition and a Masters in Dietetics at the University of Queensland. She founded Nurturing Nutrition and Dietetics in 2019 with a vision to provide indiviudalised, high-quality health and nutrition counselling to clients.
Amy’s areas of experience include digestive health conditions including IBS and food intolerances. Amy specialises in gut health and is passionate about how our microbiome (gut bacteria) can influence our health. She also provides nutrition services for adult and paediatric health, fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and chronic health conditions.
